We accept payments by bank transfer and other agreed secure methods.

All payments must be made in full by the dates specified in any written agreement, invoice, or registration form. We do not consider a booking, order, or service confirmed until the payment has been received and acknowledged by our team. In cases where instalment plans are offered, these must be agreed in writing in advance, and each instalment must be paid on or before the agreed date.

For workshops, training, and event bookings, payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. If a payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service or booking without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any overdue payment and will work with them to resolve any issues.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where services cannot be delivered as agreed. Any request for a refund must be made in writing, explaining the reason for the request. We will assess such requests fairly, taking into account the nature of the service, the timing of the cancellation, and any costs already incurred. In general, cancellations made by participants close to the delivery date may not be eligible for a full refund due to our commitment to staff, partners, and venue arrangements.
